2500 g powdered sugar
3 eggs
120 g honey
400-50 g flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of cloves
1 egg white

Ingredients for glaze:

140 g powdered sugar
1 egg white
lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix the beaten eggs with sugar and add flour, honey and the spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves). Place the smooth dough on board dusted with flour and roll out until about 4mm thick.Then use a gingerbread man cutter to cut out the shapes of the cookies. Place the gingerbread people in baking sheets greased with butter, and bake about 10-15 minutes (until brown) at 160-170 degrees. Then remove them from oven, and while they are hot brush them with egg whites.

For the glaze, you need to mix the egg white and lemon juice. Then stir until the ingredients are well combined. Then put this mixture in cooking syringe or plastic bag with hole and decorate the gingerbread people as you wish!

1 large egg

1 package powdered sugar
6 tablespoons of warm water
Liquid food coloring (optional)

Preparation:

Beat butter until gets creamy and add sugar, gradually. Then add egg and vanilla and beat well with an electric mixer. Combine flour and salt and add gradually to the butter mixture. Beat until the mixture is well blended. Then divide the dough in half, cover and leave it for one hour.
