You will need (for one glass):

30 ml quality vodka
25 ml fresh lime juice
25 ml Cointreau
ice cubes
orange peel (for decoration)

Method:

You’ll need to pour all of these ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard. Then pour into glasses and garnish with an orange peel twist.

You will need (for one glass):

50 ml vermouth
20 ml whiskey
4 drops Angostura bitters
ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry
orange peel

Method:

In a tall cocktail glass previously cooled pour vermouth, whiskey, ice cubes and bitter then stir (never shake). Then garnish with maraschino cherry.

100 ml white rum
50 ml lime juice

soda water

Method:

Pour the rum, sugar and lime juice into two high ball glasses. Add mint leaves, and fill the glasses with crushed ice and using a spoon stir all the ingredients well. Then top of each glass with soda and decorate with slices of lime and mint sprig.

ice cubes

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
3/4 cup spicy tomato juice cocktail
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 stalk celery
2 stuffed green olives

Method:

Salt the rim of a tall glass and then mix the vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a cocktail mixer full of ice. Shake hard and strain into glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives.
